Easy and complimentary, within 10 days See conditions and procedure in our return FAQs We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mtdmerch@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mtdmerch@gmail.com.

CASH ON DELIVERY TERMS

• Placing "cash on delivery" order and refusing it at the time of delivery is considered as a fraudulent activity and the same is a punishable cybercrime.
• Place "cash on delivery" order only if you are 100% sure and you want to accept the parcel.
• Only in India we provide "cash on delivery" service for customers' convenience.
• Please do not misuse this service.
• Open delivery is not available.
• Each parcel is having insurance, so no one can open it before paying the full order amount.
• Though we have 10 days "No Question Asked" Return policy.
• If you don't like the product then you can ask for full refund or free exchange.
